Beachside build in Rye
Having to build on elevated dunes near the Back Beach at Rye on the Mornington Peninsula, we came up with the siting and basic design of an affordable yet luxury home. We then personally guided the whole process from contract, detailed design, approvals, and ultimately to completion with full council and customer satisfaction.
We came in on time, on budget and even had a few pleasant surprises for the owners.
While strictly conforming to demanding local fire, sewerage and bush preservation regulations, we were still able to construct this unique 4 bedroom home which serves the owners’ needs as well as those of holiday renters.
The house is functional and low maintenance but we made no compromises with quality, style and durability.
